Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Blissora Stays. By booking a villa, room, property, or stay experience through Blissora Stays, the guest agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, social media, WhatsApp, email, travel agents, direct sales team, online travel platforms, or any other booking channel.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
  • Guests must provide accurate information during the booking process.

2. Payment Terms

  • A minimum advance payment is required to block the villa unless specifically mentioned otherwise
  • Balance payment must be cleared before check-in or as per the payment schedule mentioned in the booking confirmation.
  • For peak dates, long weekends, festive dates, wedding stays, group bookings, and corporate bookings, full payment may be required in advance.
  • Rates are dynamic and may change based on season, availability, occupancy, demand, and villa owner policies.
  • Blissora Stays reserves the right to cancel or release any booking if payment is not received within the committed timeline.

3. Guest Details & ID Proof

  • All guests must provide valid government-approved ID proof before or at the time of check-in.
  • Accepted ID proofs may include Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID, or OCI/Passport for foreign nationals or NRI guests.
  • PAN Card may not be accepted as address proof for check-in.
  • Blissora Stays reserves the right to deny check-in if valid ID proof is not provided. No refund shall be applicable in such cases.

4. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Standard check-in and check-out timings will be mentioned in the booking confirmation.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to villa availability, prior approval, and additional charges, if applicable.
  • Guests are requested to respect the committed check-out time. Delay in check-out may attract additional charges.

5. Occupancy Policy

  • The number of guests must not exceed the occupancy mentioned in the booking confirmation.
  • Additional guests, visitors, drivers, staff, or children must be disclosed in advance. Extra guest charges may apply.
  • Blissora Stays reserves the right to deny entry or charge additional fees if the guest count exceeds the confirmed booking count.

6. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may be collected before or at check-in.
  • The deposit may be adjusted against property damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, linen/towel/furniture/decor/crockery/appliance/equipment damage, rule violations, unapproved parties or events, late check-out charges, or any unpaid dues.
  • The security deposit will be refunded after villa inspection, generally within 24 to 72 working hours, subject to bank processing time.

7. Villa Usage Rules

  • Guests must use the villa responsibly and maintain the property in good condition.
  • Loud music beyond permitted hours, illegal activities, narcotics or prohibited substances, damage to villa property, over-occupancy, unapproved events, nuisance to neighbours or the local community, and misuse of swimming pool, kitchen, furniture, appliances, or outdoor areas are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing.
  • Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

8. Parties, Events & Celebrations

  • Birthday celebrations, private gatherings, pre-wedding functions, corporate events, pool parties, or any event-style usage must be disclosed before booking.
  • Additional charges may apply for events, decorations, extra cleaning, staff support, catering, sound setup, extended hours, and additional guests.
  • Blissora Stays reserves the right to refuse event usage if not approved in advance.

9. Food, Chef & Housekeeping Services

  • Food, chef, caretaker, housekeeping, BBQ, butler, and other services vary from villa to villa.
  • Some villas may include these services, while others may provide them on a chargeable basis.
  • Guests must confirm inclusions before booking. Outside food, outside cooks, or third-party vendors may be restricted depending on villa rules.

10. Swimming Pool & Safety

  • If the villa has a swimming pool, guests use it at their own risk.
  • Guests are responsible for supervision of children, elderly guest safety, avoiding pool use after alcohol consumption, and following pool timings and safety rules.
  • Blissora Stays and the villa owner shall not be responsible for injury, accident, negligence, or misuse of pool facilities by guests.

11. Pets Policy

  • Pets are allowed only at pet-friendly villas and only with prior approval.
  • Additional cleaning charges or pet security deposit may apply.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage, disturbance, or hygiene issue caused by pets.

12. Damage to Property

  • Guests are liable for any damage caused to the villa, furniture, appliances, decor, linen, fixtures, garden, pool, or any other property item.
  • Damage amount may be recovered from the security deposit or billed separately if the deposit is insufficient.

13. Behaviour & Right to Refuse Service

  • Blissora Stays reserves the right to deny check-in or discontinue the stay without refund in case of misbehaviour with staff, caretaker, neighbours, or management; illegal activity; safety concerns; false information provided by guest; over-occupancy; non-payment; property misuse; or violation of villa rules.

14. Property Images & Actual Experience

  • Blissora Stays makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate villa images, descriptions, amenities, and details.
  • Minor differences may exist due to seasonal changes, maintenance work, weather conditions, decor changes, owner-led modifications, or natural wear and tear.
  • Such minor differences shall not be treated as grounds for refund.

15. Maintenance & Utility Issues

  • Villas are independent properties. Minor issues such as power fluctuations, Wi-Fi downtime, water pressure, appliance issues, insects, weather disturbance, or temporary maintenance concerns may occur.
  • Blissora Stays will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues through the villa owner, caretaker, or service provider.
  • Refund shall not be guaranteed for issues beyond reasonable operational control unless specifically approved by Blissora Stays.

16. Third-Party Services

  • Blissora Stays may assist with third-party services such as transport, chef, catering, decoration, activities, sightseeing, event vendors, or travel arrangements.
  • Such services are provided by independent vendors. Blissora Stays shall not be liable for deficiency, delay, damage, or disputes arising from third-party services, unless the service is directly billed and managed by Blissora Stays.

17. Force Majeure

  • Blissora Stays shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, service disruption, or inability to provide stay due to circumstances beyond control, including natural calamity, heavy rainfall or flood, government restriction, road closure, pandemic or health emergency, strike, riot, political unrest, electricity or water supply failure, fire, accident, safety hazard, or any event beyond reasonable control.
  • In such cases, rescheduling, credit note, or refund may be offered at the discretion of Blissora Stays and subject to villa owner policy.

18. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for reading booking details before payment, sharing accurate guest count, following villa rules, taking care of personal belongings, maintaining hygiene and discipline, ensuring child and elderly guest safety, and settling all dues before check-out.
  • Blissora Stays shall not be responsible for loss of personal belongings, valuables, jewellery, cash, electronics, or documents.

19. Cancellation & Refund

  • All cancellations will be governed by the Cancellation Policy mentioned below or by the specific policy shared at the time of booking.
  • For special villas, festive dates, long weekends, peak dates, wedding/event bookings, or discounted bookings, a stricter cancellation policy may apply.

20. Jurisdiction

  • Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless otherwise stated in the booking agreement.
