Refund Policy

At Blissora Stays, we value our guests and strive to provide a smooth booking experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be applicable for bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, travel agents, social media, direct sales team, or any other booking platform.

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Unless a different policy is mentioned in the booking confirmation, the following cancellation policy shall apply :

2. Peak Date / Festive Date Cancellation Policy

  • For peak season, long weekends, Christmas, New Year, Diwali, Holi, wedding dates, school holidays, and highdemand dates, bookings may be non-refundable.
  • Date change may be allowed only if the villa owner approves.
  • Any rate difference must be paid by the guest.
  • Credit note, if approved, shall be subject to villa availability and validity period

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Certain promotional rates, discounted rates, last-minute deals, exclusive villa offers, and special event bookings may be marked as non-refundable.
  • Once confirmed, such bookings cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred unless approved in writing by Blissora Stays.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to villa availability, owner approval, season/date difference, revised tariff, and prior written request from guest.
  • If the new date has a higher tariff, the guest must pay the difference.
  • If the new date has a lower tariff, no refund of difference shall be guaranteed.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds shall generally be processed within 7 to 15 working days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank account shared by the guest.
  • Bank charges, payment gateway charges, convenience fees, and transaction charges, if any, may be non-refundable.

6. Cancellation by Blissora Stays

  • Blissora Stays reserves the right to cancel a booking due to villa unavailability, safety concern, owner-side emergency, maintenance issue, government restriction, force majeure event, incorrect pricing or technical error, or misrepresentation by guest.
  • In such cases, Blissora Stays may offer an alternative villa option, date change, credit note, or refund of the amount received, depending on the case.

7. Refund Not Applicable In These Cases

  • No refund shall be applicable in case of guest no-show, early check-out, invalid ID proof, over-occupancy, misbehaviour, rule violation, illegal activity, refusal to pay balance amount, denial of entry due to security reasons, cancellation due to guest-side travel issue, weather inconvenience where villa remains operational, or minor service limitations beyond reasonable control.

8. Security Deposit Refund

  • Security deposit is separate from booking payment.
  • It is refundable after check-out inspection, subject to deduction for damages, missing items, excess cleaning, rule violation, late check-out, or unpaid charges.
  • Refund of security deposit is usually processed within 24 to 72 working hours after inspection.
